3. Shipment of the Product: After receive the confirmation of our party, the client must send the product to the address provided by our support team. The shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

4. Evaluation and Processing of the Refund

Once the product is received, our team will assess your state to ensure that it complies with the conditions referred to in point 2. If the product is in its original packaging, unopened or used, we will proceed to make the refund.

The refund will be processed within 30 working days after the confirmation of acceptance of the returned product. The refund shall be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

5. Exceptions

We will not accept returns or refunds will be made in the following cases:

• Products that are not in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
• Refund requests made after 60 days from the date of purchase.
• Products damaged by the customer.
